Shipping Policy

Nalu ship orders from its central international warehouse
Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.
Please note that for official purposes you are the ‘importer’ of goods to your country, you will therefore have to pay the duties and taxes that may apply.

Shipping Methods and Rates.


We offer Free DHL EXPRESS international shipping on orders over USD 399.00. Orders below USD 399.00 will be charged accordingly to your geographical locaiton.

Shipping method: International expedited post services.
A shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped.  Delivery time varies from 2 to 7 business days depending on service and shipping address.

Nalu is unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
It is the responsibility of the customer to accept the order at her door or to collect it from the post office.  USD 10 will be deducted from the total refundable amount on shipments that were not accepted or collected after shipment.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, weather condition, delays at customs etc. Estimated delivery times are as provided by the post / mail services. Nalu cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Nalu, we’re only happy when we know you are completely satisfied with you purchase. That’s why we offer a full refund, within 30 days of receipt of your order.
The refund is applicable under the following conditions:
The item was purchased online through www.naluonline.com . We cannot accept items purchased through other channels.
The Item is not labeled final sale / clearance.
The item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Unworn, unwashed with all labels intact.
To maintain the item in its original condition, we kindly ask you to refrain from removing the protective sticker at the bottom of the shoe sole.
Unfortunately we will not be able to refund money on items that do not meet the above requirements.

CLEARANCE

Products labeled “clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
NALU assumes no responsibility for shipping returned items and will not refund the cost of the return shipment, or additional fees paid for shipping when placing the order.
The refund will be credited as per the original payment form within 14 business days from the day the returned items are received at our warehouse.
Regrettably, we cannot refund any tax or duty you may have paid on returned items.
Should you wish to return an item, please contact info@Naluonline.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.
You will receive a ‘Return Authorization  number’ (RA) and further instructions via email.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Regretfully we are unable to offer exchanges, however you may return your order and get a refund as per above mentioned policy.

INCORRECT SHIPPING AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you have received a damaged or defective item, or in the event of an error in the processing of your order,  Nalu will be happy to replace the product at our expense, or provide a full refund, including the cost of shipping.

Claims for damaged item, or a packaging error must be made to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery of the order.  If an item has been damaged during shipping, please retain the damaged packaging to be returned along with the damaged goods.

Due to the differences in screen resolution, actual colors may vary; this is not considered a defect or misrepresentation of an item.  Fabric layout and placement of prints may also vary and are also not 
considered defective or a misrepresentation of an item.
